Introduction
Fax2Send
is client/server fax software for Linux or Unix that acts as a fax gateway for
the enterprise enabling any user on the server, or any networked machine, to
send or receive faxes. Fully scalable it is suitable for all, whether a home
user or multi-national corporation. Once installed it can be upgraded, without
re-loading.
Background
Our
fax products have been sold direct to major corporations and through the reseller
channel for many years and are used by thousands of users world-wide. They are
very robust and easy to install requiring little support once installed.
Languages
Fax2Send
Server, the Installation Wizard and its components, the X-Windows client, help,
text labels, etc can all be easily translated into other languages. The MS Windows
PC client can also be translated. Please see Translations
for more information. It is currently available to install in English or German
with Italian soon to be available
Installation
Fax2Send
Server and its components are now all installed by an Installation Wizard. This
detects whether X-Windows is loaded, the languages available, can uninstall previous
Fax2Send installations and allows the non-technical user to install and configure
the software. There is even the option to place an icon on the desktop to launch
the X-Windows client. See more information about installation
