Notes on purchase discounts

• To calculate the discount allowable on any order, the value of orders placed in a rolling twelve month period is used.
• Discount allowable is not retrospective.
• For the purpose of calculating your discount level the order values will not include any tax that may be payable (VAT added to all UK orders)

Payment Options

• Purchase on-line - Once you have received your user name and password you can purchase on-line at your discount rate. Your license keys will be sent by e-mail automatically
• Bank Transfer - If you prefer you can pay by Electronic Transfer of Funds (ETF). All purchases have to be in Pounds Sterling and can take up to 5 days for the banks to process. Your license number will be sent by email as soon as we are notified that your payment has been received.
• Monthly account - Once a credit record has been established you can request that a credit account is set-up. We will then send you a monthly statement to enable one payment a month to be made rather than paying for individual licenses. Payment can be by credit card or Bank Transfer (see above)

How do I promote my company's name on the Fax2Send site?

• Sign up as a Fax2Send Partner
• Let us have some information about your company and what it does and where it is together with your logo
• Provide at least one page on your web site about Fax2Send with a link to our site

That's all there is to it. We will put the information you provide into a web friendly format and send you a copy for your comments and take a look at your web page. Once we have both agreed, we will put it on our web site with a link to your Fax2Send page.

Training

At present we do not offer any distance learning material although we would like to do this in the future. We do offer a one day course for competant support staff who are familiar with Linux/Unix. This can be held at your premises if the number of attendees warrants or at our location. Please ask for details. - TRAINING

Support

We offer second line support to our Partners free of charge. We do expect you to nominate and train at least one person to support your Fax2Send customers.

Fax2Send has extensive logging to enable support staff to investigate any reported problems.

Confidentiality

All information provided by both parties shall be held as confidential unless written authority is given otherwise. This includes information about customers, about both respective companies, forthcoming releases of Fax2Send products, support or any other information not already in the public domain.
