MS Windows Client Overview

The MS Windows Client provides a comprehensive interface to a Fax2Send Server. The Windows Client enables printing to fax from any PC application and allows attachments to be added. Each user can have their own cover sheet. The image of faxes sent and received can be seen onscreen, and the queue display shows the progress of fax transmissions. Timed send and fax mailshots are also supported.

Installation is straight forward, although the Fax2Send printer may need to be installed manually as described on the How do I page. More detailed information about the product can be found on this page

Once installed, the client needs minimal configuration to connect to a Fax2Send server and can connect to use an ODBC data source as a phone book.

Developers can interface their applications to Fax2Send by using the Fax2Send Active X/OCX Control. This will enable Fax2Send to be called from within PC applications
