Deleting Faxes in the MS Windows ClientReceived MessagesFax2Send Server Version 2.1-5 Onwards: Drag and drop or forward the received message to the Trash InTray folder. Messages are deleted from the Trash folder when they are approximately 1 day old. Earlier Versions of Fax2Send: Users cannot delete received messages. The Fax2Send Server maintains a cache for storing received messages and deletes the oldest messages when the cache is full. Sent MessagesUsers cannot delete a sent message from the queue. Messages stay in the "My Fax" folder for a configured amount of time and are then moved to the "Old Fax" folder where they stay for a number of days before deletion. |
